Lisa is a graduate student in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS) PhD program who joined the Cichowski lab in the fall of 2019. She is currently investigating novel combination therapies for melanoma, specifically focusing on the role of mitochondrial function. Outside of lab, she enjoys contributing as a freelance science writer for the journal Cancer Discovery, in addition to dancing, dogspotting, and competitively consuming coffee.
